Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Scope

We currently ship to:

  • Mainland Spain

  • Balearic Islands

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

  • Other European Union countries

Available destinations and their respective costs are displayed during the checkout process.


2. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order processing time: 24–48 business hours from payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours

  • Balearic Islands / Canary Islands / EU: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (public holidays, peak demand periods, carrier issues, etc.).


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The order destination

  • The total purchase amount

  • The selected shipping method

Standard shipping rates:

  • Spain: 3,99€

  • EU: 7,99€

  • Sweden and Finland: 11,99€


4. Carriers

We work with reputable courier companies to ensure fast and secure deliveries (for example: Correos, Correos Express, SEUR, MRW, GLS, DHL or others).

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, where available.


5. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Arrives late

  • Arrives damaged

  • Does not arrive

You must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt or from the estimated delivery date by emailing sunnies@barmmy.com, indicating your order number and the issue detected.


6. Incorrect Address, Recipient Absence or Failure to Collect

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated absence of the recipient, additional shipping costs for resending the order may be charged to the customer.

If a shipment is delivered to a pickup point (such as a UPS Access Point or similar) and is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


7. Customs and Taxes (if applicable)

For shipments outside mainland Spain or outside the European Union:

The customer will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.

These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
