15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store, but it must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics. Items must be returned with tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In case of voluntary returns or cancellation under the European Union cooling-off period, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.


Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

In such cases, Barmmy will cover the return shipping costs.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.


14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The item must be returned in accordance with the conditions described above. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in case of withdrawal.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
