Store owner replied: Hello, We have reviewed the status of your order and, according to UPS tracking information, delivery could not be completed due to an issue with the address provided. The parcel was taken to a collection point and remained available for 7 days. As it was not collected within this period, it has now been returned to our facilities. The initial shipping was provided free of charge; however, as this would be a new shipment, we can resend your order once you confirm a correct address and the new shipping costs are covered.
